flexfax: Faq stuff: T.30 T2 timeouts on Multitech unresolved.

I know this is a faq stuff but i havent had a luck to solve the
problem. 

I have a Multitechs MT1431BAI and it cannot receive all faxes
and the result is this infamous T2 timeout. I dont know what
is the problem and how to correct this. And yes, ive tried
to contact Multitech with emails but i cannot seem to get in
touch with either personal of Usa or UK. Ive also tried contact
our local imported but they don't know what the problem is either.
