To answer your question, this error means that HylaFax couldn't send your
fax within the "timeout period"

To fix this, add the following line into your
"/usr/local/lib/fax/hyla.conf" file:

KillTime: "now +96 hours"

This means that HylaFax will kill the job after 96 hours if it hasn't
been successfully send before this time.
