flexfax: Exporting to PS files for coverpage

G'day,

Can anyone please tell me what programs I can use to export to PS format 
for use with a HylaFax cover page?  I believe that FrameMaker will do the 
trick, do you know if PageMaker will?  As just mentioned, what other 
programs will to the job for me?
