Class 2 config file for MT5600ZDX

Hi All,

I had been struggling with the config file for a RECENT (last 3 months)
Multitech MT5600ZDX (one that really seems to have Class 2 added back in).
Anyways, I managed to finally come up with a config that supported faxing
(in and out) and data (in and out). Thought I would share it with the
group in case someone might be looking for it and/or could improve on it.

FWIW,

Mark
