Phase D error



Hi 

I am using the latest Beta HylaFAX from hylafax.org and a 

DAVICOM V.34+/FAX/VOICE/SPEAKERPHONE MODEM	 Ver:1.09I


I am getting the following error after an apparantly normal transmission:
