flexfax: Phase B Error (Code 20)

And it's not a Sportster.

Linux 2.2.9, HylaFAX-v4.0pl2, Netcomm Roadster II connected to the /dev/ttyE[0-4] interfaces.  The
problem is printing from a windows application (such as IE) to the fax machine (Canon Fax 410).  

Always get the Phase B Error (code 20) .. I use the HP Laserjet 4/4M Plus PS, the other PS printers 
we've tried all get a busy signal when dialling the office fax machine (or is that the problem??)

The job actually reports success, but has 0 pages sent.  We can send a postscript job from linux to 
the fax no probs at all.
