I had no problems with the documentation!  Your real problem will be
constructing the database of local IXO/TAP paging bureaux and the 
pagers they serve.  For some services, e.g SMS, expect to pay premium
rate phone charges, although it will vary from country to country.

In case you haven't got the message, never post HTML to newsgroups or
mailing lists.  Also, do not write everything on one line, as is the
case for the plain text version.  Single lines are not wrapped paragraphs
in email, whatever might be the behaviour of upstart GUI user agents.
