Hi, I've just installed the hylafax-4.0pl2-3rh5.i386.rpm on RH6.0 using a USR 56kmodem. Got a couple of problems which I do need help with. I sent an ascii text file as a fax ok - the carriage returns work fine, but if I have a line that word wraps, the fax screws up. So what control character is sent for a word wrap, and how do I fix it? 2. At the end of the document, I get this warning - which I can't for the life of me figure out what it is. It takes about 2mins or so - its just timing out rather than properly finishing the connection. then it tries to send the fax again. any help is much appreciated . TIA. -Paul Jul 06 10:17:46.47: [ 6987]: SEND end page Jul 06 10:17:46.47: [ 6987]: SEND send EOP (no more pages or documents) Jul 06 10:17:46.47: [ 6987]: <-- data [2] Jul 06 10:20:46.46: [ 6987]: REMOTE HANGUP: Unspecified Transmit Phase D error, including +FPHCTO timeout between data and +FET command (code 50) Jul 06 10:20:46.46: [ 6987]: <-- [7:AT+FKS\r] Jul 06 10:21:16.46: [ 6987]: MODEM <Timeout> Jul 06 10:21:16.46: [ 6987]: <-- [5:ATH0\r] Jul 06 10:21:21.46: [ 6987]: MODEM <Timeout> Jul 06 10:21:21.46: [ 6987]: SESSION END Paul Tsang Systems Developer paul@telequity.com.au Telequity Pty Ltd. 91-97 Kensington St, East Perth, W.A. 6004 Australia Ph:(08)9261 1000
