There is no such version; you are probably quoting a version number used
by one particular RPM supplier, you should get your support from that
supplier, or if they have gone out of business, identify the supplier and
attempt to find the underlying Hylafax version number and the patches that
have been applied to it.

Trigger should probably be 022 for this modem, as 021 appears to have had no
effect.

Don't really understand why MCF should be sent when there is no end of page
code in the data.
