flexfax: I have a problem compiling hylafax

Hi,
  I am trying to compile HylaFax under SlackWare Linux - Kernel 2.0.34
with gcc 2.90.29 on a PC,
  when i`m running make I get an error in SendFaxJob.c++ about
SendFaxClient function,
  and later i am getting all kinds of wierd messages mostly about
libfaxutil.a .
I`ll appreceate some help on the metter,
