flexfax: Conversion Script ?

Dear all:

    My hylafax server can't send outbond job and I check the proces is running.
and the syslog & message.
   279 ?        S  0:01 /usr/local/sbin/faxq
   281 ?        S  0:00 /usr/local/sbin/hfaxd -i hylafax -o 4557 -s 444
   289 ?        S  0:00 /usr/local/sbin/faxgetty cua/b

    I found that 3 hours after the command sendfax send to system, the hylafax
agent send a mail to me and tell me the fax job can not be delivery as well. The
keyword in the mail is 'conversion script was not found'. Is there any setting I
must do for conversion script?
