Well, I must be missing something, because the problem looks pretty straightforward. . . your system does not seem to be configured for outbound faxing.

Make sure that you've enabled a modem for outbound use. You should run faxgetty on the modem, from init if possible (place an entry in inittab and run 'init q').

It looks like you're submitting jobs, then they're eventually expiring. The one you show is definitely queued waiting to be sent.
