Is there a collection of dialup numbers and settings for TAP or
SMS paging systems in the US?

I'd like to get configurations for SkyTel, Pagenet, Pacific Bell PCS,
Sprint PCS, and other popular services.

Also, from the manual pages it looks like there are a lot of settings
available for TAP.  Are these required, or are there defaults for
them?
