flexfax: WHFC 1.0.4 + missing dll on Win 95

Hi,

whfcmon.dll wasn't included in my setup programm for 
WHFC 1.0.4 Win 95/98. I have uploaded a new archive
wich contains this dll as 1.0.4a . 

If you have an older version of whfc, you can grab
whfcmon.dll from there and copy it in the system
directory. Then run regmon.exe and register the dll
manually.
