flexfax: Unspecified Transmit Phase C Error

Ok, The windows clients are configured, the unix server looks good, and I'm
almost there. :)

I'm looking throughout the documentation on the the USR Sportster modem in
regards to a "Unspecified Transmit Phase C Error" that I keep getting.  In
addition the sent fax starts out being good in quality, but eventually
degrades into blocky gibberish a few lines later.

Any ideas?
