flexfax: can't receive fax

  Hylafax is having problems receiving a FAX from one particular FAX
machine.  We are using a USR Courier V.everything modem.  The session log
is attached below, and don't see what the other end doesn't like.

  I'm using HylaFAX 4.0pl2
