flexfax: Problems with faxgetty

Hello,


i run Hylafax 4.0p2 on a Debian 2.0 with a  MODEM ROCKWELL
AC/V34/V1.510-V34_DS.
Sending Faxes works fine, but i have problems to revieve them.
When someone send me a facsimilie, the modem answers, but doesnt start
to recieve the fax.
First i got a TSI-Rejection reportet, but this error doesn`t appear
anymore, because
i created a file /etc/tsi. 
This is still empty, could this cause the error ??
