Phil, Here you go. Requirements are pretty simple, the macro expects the fax queue to be named HylaFAX. It can be changed within the macro to anything they desire but the default is HylfaFAX. It has only been tested on Word97. Aside from this, usage instructions are the same as for the original link as shipped from Goldmine Software.
