flexfax: Re: facsimile not received

Just brought a new HylaFAX installation into production, sparc IPX and
Solaris 2.5.1, hylafax v4.0pl2 and Sporster Voice 28800.  Been getting
a few of these during the afternoon.  Whos at fault here, hylafax, the
sportster, or the remote fax machine, anyone got any idea?  :-
