flexfax: WHFC Version 1.0.0

Hi,

after years of hard developent i am proud to present the 
first public release version of WHFC ;-) . 

In this Version a bug was fixed, that whfc does not
recognize language dll's when they are installed on
a diffrent place like the windows system directory.

Also the documentation (you can download the html documentation
as a zip archive now) and FAQ is updated.

The first language dll for the german language is also 
available.
