Wow, What's hapened to SGI's ftp site. sgi/fax/binary looks out of date.
I remember sgi/fax/binary being unavailable a while back. 
Maybe they had a hard disk go bad.

You can still find the up to date stuff on
ftp://ftp.leo.org/pub/comp/os/unix/networking/fax/hylafax/binary
