FWIW, I also have:

CIDNumber:              "NMBR="         # pattern string for phone number info
CIDName:                "NAME="         # pattern string for identity info

in my config file.

Does hylafax have a maintainer these days?  I haven't seen any updates to 
either the code or any config files in quite a while...
