flexfax: Error:"format_failed"

Hi,
Finally I managed to get everything working, but when I
run "sendfax -n -v -v -d 9726843716 -h crchy507
test.ps",
I get the following error message. I've also tried a
text file but ended up with the same result.
Any help will be appreciated.
