flexfax: Multiple Servers

Hi,

I have been tasked with the job of creating a resilient faxing solution
by my employer...

Briefly, the system will have two servers, each at a different physical
location. Each machine will be a SPARC 20, with 8 modems attached to a
Moxa CN2100 Async Server.

Having looked at Hylafax, it appears that persuading it to talk to 8
modems will not be a problem. What I would like to do, however, is create
a pool of the 16 total modems, which will be available for faxing. Should
a network link go down, however, the pool would have to drop back to the 8
local modems. 

My question is simple : Can this be done, and if so, does anyone have any
good pointers on where to start?
