flexfax: Need a Little Help Please

I am running Redhat 4.0 just installed newest hylafax.

When I do a faxstat it shows to be running, but when I send a test
and do a faxstat -ad I get the status as "Can't find initialization"

I did post this question a few days back but got no responce.
Can anyone point me in a direction ?
