There isn't any simple way to forward a fax from one host to another
to be transmitted. HylaFAX doesn't quite have the facilities for this
built in.

However. You could hack/replace faxsend(1) to invoke a transfer from
the 1st host to the 2nd host via {uucp|mail|ftp}, and have the 2nd
host submit the file to its local HylaFAX server when it receives it.
