whfc 0.3a is out

Hi,

i have uploaded whfc 0.3a to http://www.rgw-express.de/whfc . It
fixes several problems from the autofax feature under Windows NT
including the "insane time on print spool file" bug. I also
added a better error handling to the phonebook.

PS: I am on hollyday from march 21 to april 4. So it may take some
