We are currently trying to install Hylafax v4.0p11 on SCO UNIX3.2v5.0. If we check faxcommunications with faxstat -s (page 9/9 of installation guide) everything seems to be ok. The modem in running and idle. However, if we try to send a fax with sendfax -n -d +1234567 etc. (page 9/9 again) nothing happens. The error message that we get by mail from Unix is: Message 1: >From fax Wed Mar 12 16:22:45 1997 To: root@vega.hermes.nl Subject: facsimile job 3 to 0495-459899 failed Date: Wed, 12 Mar 97 16:22:44 MET From: fax@vega.hermes.nl Sender: fax@vega.hermes.nl Message-ID: <9703121622.aa03629@vega.hermes.nl> Status: R Your facsimile job to 0495-459899 was not sent because document conversion to facsimile failed. Which owner and groupnames do we have to assign in order to make things work? If there's someone who can help us with this problem we would be very gratefull.
