bug fix! in mime accents

I tracked and (I think) I killed the mime accents bug in
faxmail. Here's what I did:

at MIMEState.c++, in lin4 401, I changed from:

	buf.put(line, cc-1);		// everything up to ``="''

to

	copyQP (buf, line, cc-1);       // everything up to ``="''
	
Any comments?
