Certain faxmachines can't receive?

We have three different fax machines here. Two can receive from hylafax. The third can not connect properly. Now is this a configuration problem again or is it just accepted that some faxes can't connect with other faxes.

Try using: 

     "Use2D:        No"

in your '/usr/spool/fax/etc/config' file. Read about this parameter in the config man page.
