Robert Colquhoun has written a script to parse error data out of xferfaxlog called errorstats.sh.
It provides an error report by modem; and to give an illustration of the output, below is a 1998 log of a HylaFAX v4.0pl2 send-only system using a Multitech MT3334ZDX modem.
