Good idea! Maybe a public available www GNATS database could be
setup to collect and organize the problem reports.
For an example take a look at :

YES and they should report their problems in the GNATS when its
not already reported in there.

Using a GNATS (alike) database offers 'bug-solvers' and '(beta)
testers' the ability to check whether or not a problem is
reported and or fixed.
