Amen. I no longer have SunOS machines to test out the latest patches with,
and only Linux boxes to work with (new job, pays much better!)....

There is a backdoor hack for Linux for the TIFF issue: it is possible
to tell the HylaFAX RPM to require a specific version of libtiff,
rather than let it run with libtiff-3.5. It would be better to fix the
HylaFAX, of course.
