[hylafax-devel] New Feature Contribution

Hello:

   I am brand new to this list so forgive the basic question....

  We are in the process of testing out support for V.34fax which we have added
to HylaFax.   This involves a large number fo changes, particular many places
where the code was hard-coded and needs to be parameterized.   What is the best
way to merge this in?   If we do a patch, it would need to be on the very latest
code.  Is there a process by which CVS access is arranged?
