[hylafax-users] Excessive T.30 T1 timeout errors

We have several customers who consistently cannot send us faxes (there are 
also some who have recently had trouble, yet no changes to the server or 
hardware on our side).  The most abundant reason for failure is the dreaded 
"T.30 T1 timeout" error that occurs even before a single page can be received. 
 Can any one suggest a was to resolve this?  I've included some details below.
