Okay, so far so good. Training succeeded and all looks well up until this point...

Dec 28 15:54:54.41: [29397]: --> [10:NO CARRIER]

Here there is a premature carrier loss (probably silence).

Dec 28 15:54:54.96: [29397]: --> [7:CONNECT]
Dec 28 15:54:58.52: [29397]: --> [5:ERROR]

There was some audio of some sort after this, but it was not V.21 HDLC as expected.

Dec 28 15:55:11.53: [29397]: --> [7:CONNECT]
Dec 28 15:55:12.16: [29397]: --> [5:ERROR]

All of that was probably the Phase C carrier still going, and the premature carrier loss was probably a disturbance in the audio. If I were to guess I'd say that you were using a VoIP line, but I would say that this one log does indicate problems with the line audio quality.

There were some modifications to the HylaFAX+ Class 1 driver which may allow this to cope a bit better, but I couldn't guarantee that it would help.

Again.

Thanks,

Lee.
