[hylafax-users] failed doc conversion

After updating my Hylafax install to 6.0.4 I have a few users that cannot fax PDF files through the WinprintHylaFAX-1.2.9 driver. So far I've only seen it on two workstations. I've tried reinstalling and changing the driver for the printer (currently Apple 12/640). Below is the error that's received by the sender.


Your fax 23601 to 1301745xxx was not sent because document conversion failed. The output from the converter program was: 
Check any PostScript documents for non-standard fonts and invalid constructs

The PDF in question is just a scanned image (i.e. no embedded fonts just a tiff image sent from copier)
I can send it from my workstation (using the same settings and driver) with no issues. Has anybody seen this before?
