In HylaFAX+ 5.4.2 the Agere OCM V.92 modem is mapped to the "lucent" 
prototype for Class 1.  If you were to use that you wouldn't have all of 
those modem-command-specific questions to answer and then try to send 
the command "YES" to the modem like this:

"YES" is not a modem command to answer a call.  Instead, it should be "ATA".
