Hello Matteo,

I know people use(not much) t38modem with hylafax. but it doesn't mean every body can use it. It depends on your knowledge and experiences. If you want to use t.38 termination without spending a lot of time you may try CallWeaver + iaxmodem. also you can get better community support for these two projects (CW & Iaxmode) than t38modem. this id just my idea :)

one more thing Yes, it is reliable if you use something like Cisco gateways.
