It’s like invoking sendfax in verbose mode. However, the output is
unformatted and I have to extract the matching converter using some
bash magic and then feed the document to the converter. Am I missing
an undocumented switch that makes the tool more machine-friendly
Unfortunately, no. But it's not that hard to read.
or there is yet a better way of getting the matching converter from
typerules list?
Run typetest and look for "success".
