[hylafax-users] Stop and wait failure (modem on hook)

Hello !

Many people encountered the following problem running HylaFax (version
4.4) with an ELSA Microlink 56K modem (and a few other modems as well):

[ 3626]: <-- [9:AT+FTS=7\r] 
[ 3626]: --> [5:ERROR] 
[ 3626]: MODEM Command error 
[ 3626]: Stop and wait failure (modem on hook) 
[ 3626]: <-- [9:AT+FRS=7\r] 
[ 3626]: --> [5:ERROR] 
[ 3626]: MODEM Command error 
[ 3626]: Failure to receive silence (synchronization failure).

The solution to this problem is to add the following lines to the
configuration file:

Class1EOPWaitCmd:       <delay:9>
Class1TCFWaitCmd:       <delay:7>
Class1PPMWaitCmd:       <delay:7>
Class1SwitchingCmd:     <delay:9>

to replace the default entries.
