[hylafax-users] Retry initialization

Hi.

Last night I had power outage for 10m, and while the server kept running thanks to the UPS, the modem went down and Hylafax couldn't manage them anymore. So they went wedged.
Can I avoid this? I mean, can I tell Hyla to periodically retry initializing modems?
