Hello Sam,

did you set RingsBeforeAnswer to at least 2? I think the TTY interface will send the numbers between first and second "RING".

And did you specify modem commands to enable sending this information?

If these guesses do not help, you should post your modem configuration (config.ttyds01 and if present the DynamicConfig script) with anonymized phone numbers.
