Read the documentation of t38modem. As I wrote in my message this command is valid for Dialogic/Eicon Diva Server cards. > i tried [...] > SetControlParam FaxNumber '+49 (20) 789xx200001' > SetControlParam LocalIdentifier '+49 (20) 789xx200001' > SetControlParam ModemDialCmd 'AT+IO020789xx200001\nATDT%s' [...] > but the SetControlParam ModemDialCmd seem to make problems. I guess the AT+IO<MSN> is specific to Dialogic/Eicon cards. This specifies the outgoing MSN. Your settings would be wrong with a DIVA Server card. FaxNumber should specify the full Fax number. I guess this should be something like '+49 (0) 20789xx 200001'. Since I had problems with this (limited length or restricted character set) I used something like +49.20789xx.200001. LocalIdentifier should be the identification/name of the sender, but this doesn't matter. The MSN in ModemDialCmd must be without area code. This might be important if your TTY interface supports a similar command.
