/etc/hylafax/xferfaxlog
Please send a bug report on the hylafax-server package

I was running faxsetup  before, partially faxaddmodem (faxmodem hat nothing to do with capi). 
After I had the error. 

reboot doesn't help.

Solution: delete /etc/hylafax/xferfaxlog. Somewhat process generated it.
