[hylafax-users] Problems with hylafax, libtiff 3.6.1-12 and tiffs which have G3 options set

We started having problems with some windows clients sending just white faxes. Tracked it down to tiff G3 options are set on the ones which do not transmit correctly, while the tiffs with G4 options do. The client is Hylafsp and most are Windows XP. The tiff on the fax server itself is ok, although tiff2pdf complains about field 292. 

Anyone have a hint how to fix this? This only seems to have started to happen.
