[hylafax-users] Blank Pages when Receiving a Fax

I am trying to set up HylaFAX version
6.0.4.  I can successfully send faxes, but when I receive a fax I
get one page for each page sent that is blank except for one line at the
top of the page that looks something like this:

APR-30-2010  14:28    
USGOV                    
                     
                     
                     
             P.01/02


What have I failed to setup or which
files have I most likely configured incorrectly?
