Hello Sebastian,

as you are using capi4hylafax the developers of HylaFAX cannot help you to debug your problem.
C4H was developed by AVM and I've got the impression that it is not actively developed anymore. (Debian uses the same upstream version since 23 Aug 2006, the former developer is no longer active on the linux-avmb1 mailing list.)

Some years ago I used c4h with an AVM B1 card. I had some problems with this setup but I was not able to debug this.
I don't know if it is possible to get some better logging or debug information out of c4h or capi.
That's why I replaced my hardware to get rid of c4h.

This message might indicate that the call was actually a fax because CAPI seems to tell that it has received one page. (But I'm not sure.)
A human calling a fax line would probably notice this earlier and not wait 30 seconds before hanging up.

If you see the caller's phone number here you should call it to find out if it is a fax or phone.

What ISDN card do you use?
I recommend to avoid capi4hylafax if possible.
If your card has a TTY interface you should use this. Otherwise consider buing a different card to save your time.
If you cannot afford this you can try to use Asterisk with IAXmodem.
