[hylafax-users] A fax number that I can't fax to

Hello everyone. My question is, although everything works, there is this 1 specific number I can't send to, no matter how many times I've tried.
In addition to my regular config.tty* setup files, I've also tried a default Class 1 setup from the Hylafax web site, And tried ATS17=240 to make it wait for a carrier longer, but that didn't help either.
Calling this number from a regular phone sounds like a fax answer, and the number belongs to an insurance company, So I assume they do get faxes from other people.

Here's what I got in the log file.  All in all, there were 29 separate attempts to send a fax to this number, All of them failed.
