Hello Sebastian,

the notification is sent by the script /var/spool/hylafax/bin/notify
It uses the same function do_notify() in all situations, but the function selects a template file depending on the reason for the notification:
template="etc/templates/$TEMPLATE/notify-$WHY.txt"

Check the files
/var/spool/hylafax/etc/templates/de/notify-*.txt
(but not .../notify-*-page.txt)
